More… PURPOSE: The electronic sign located in front of City Hall is intended to share community-related information, promote special events, and highlight activities that benefit the residents of Stow. Outside organizations may request to display a message on the sign by completing this application form. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. ________________________________________ Application Guidelines • Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the event or activity date. • Messages are approved at the discretion of the City of Stow. • Messages must promote events or programs open to the general public and of community interest. • Ongoing, continuous, or commercial advertising messages will not be accepted. • The City reserves the right to edit message content for clarity, consistency, and space limitations.Less…
