AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 1103 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF STOW, ENTITLED “OVERLAY DISTRICT STANDARDS,” PARTICULARY SECTION 1103.04, ENTITLED “MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT STANDARDS.
