[ARCHIVED] Stow Parks and Recreation Youth Flag Football Program Seeking Volunteer Coaches and Paid Referees

Flag Football Job Openings

The Stow Parks and Recreation Youth Flag Football program is seeking volunteer coaches and paid referees for its Fall 2024 season. Coaches are essential to guiding and mentoring young athletes, while referees help ensure that games are conducted fairly. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to give back to the community, inspire young players, and contribute to a fun and engaging program.

Volunteers will work with children in various age groups, fostering skills development and teamwork. Coaches are responsible for running practices, teaching basic football techniques, and promoting sportsmanship. No previous coaching experience is required—just a positive attitude and a passion for helping youth.

Referees will be compensated for their time and are expected to maintain the rules of the game during weekly matches. This role is ideal for those who enjoy football and want to earn extra income. Interested applicants can find more details and apply through the City of Stow website:
