On April 16, 2024, the City of Stow launched a new user-friendly, electronic payment system. You can look forward to being able to: 

• Pay by Phone, make a one-time payment anywhere and anytime with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on your laptop, tablet, or mobile device via an easy-to-use online portal 
• Manage your account and view up to two years of payment history 
• Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and a confirmation after making a payment 
• Make a one-time payment or register to gain access to all features 
• You choose when to pay – simply schedule a payment for any future date (before the due date) 
• Set it and forget it with AutoPay…save time and avoid late or missed payments 
• On the go? Use Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text message with your default payment method 
• You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (866) 992-0456.

This is a fee-based service. A convenience fee of 2.75% will be applied to all credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments with a minimum charge of $2.75 and $1.50 will be applied for EFT/ACH (e-check) payments. If you make a payment by calling this number, there is an additional surcharge of $0.95 to use this service, along with the other service fees listed above.
